Mandi: Tenzin Tsultrim took charge as the new Settlement Officer of Mandi from outgoing Settlement Officer Dolma Tsering in the presence of Bir Chauntra Tibetan Settlement Officer Meri Kyab as an official witness on 16 May 2022.

Following the hand-over ceremony, the President and members of Local Tibetan Assembly, Mandi Sathue and the general public of Pandoh Tibetan settlement welcomed the new Settlement officer and bid farewell to the former Settlement Officer with ceremonial scarves.

On the morning of 17 May, New settlement Officer visited Tso Pema region, accompanied by Tso Pema Liason officer Dolma Tsering who introduced the site, followed by a visit to holy cave retreat area. In the evening of the same day, the newly appointed Settlement Officer met with local representatives of Mandi region and roadside shop owners.
