Dharamshala: Tenzin Gelek was sworn in as the new Settlement Officer of Tibetans in Odisha during a brief handing over ceremony held at the settlement on 9th September.

The outgoing Settlement  Officer, Mr Thupten handed over the charge to the newly appointed Officer in the presence of the official witness Tsering Phuntsok, Secretary of Odisha’s Tibetan Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society.

Following the ceremony, both the new and outgoing Settlement Officers visited the local Tibetan School and Monasteries.
