Dolanji: As requested by the Election Commission, Tibetan Supreme Justice Commissioner Sonam Norbu Dagpo appointed Yungdrung Chemi, Chair of 9th Local Tibetan Assembly, as the interim Local Justice Commissioner as per article 69 of the Tibetan Charter to administer the oath of office to the elected members of the 10th local assembly of Bon Tibetan Settlement, Dolanji.

A brief swearing-in ceremony was held on 16 July. The ceremony witnessed the administration-of-oath to 11 members of the local Tibetan assembly including the new Chair Tashi Dorjee and new Vice-Chair Sherab Dakpa.
