Indo-Tibetan Friendship Association (ITFA) welcomes new members

Dharamshala: The Indo-Tibetan Friendship Association (ITFA) Executive members convened the first minute of the year 2020 on January 3 at TSO hall. Chaired by President, Shri Ajai Singh Ji, Adviser Ven. Acharya Yeshi Phuntsok la (Deputy Speaker of Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile) and Shri Ram Swaroop Ji and Vice President of ITFA Tibetan Settlement Officer Mr Kunga Tsering.

Some of the important issues discussed in the meeting were regarding activities to be conducted in 2020, such as organising ITFA Himalayan Festival, medical camp, seminars, drawing and essay writing competition, mass clean up, tree plantation, cycle rally for Tibet awareness and many others to be organised this year.

ITFA Executive members expressed overwhelming appreciation to the outgoing coordinator of ITFA, Ms Dolma la for her selfless dedication to the smooth functioning of ITFA and TSO Dharamshala activities and welcomed the new coordinator of ITFA, Mr Namgyal Dhondup with a ceremony of offering scarf.

ITFA Executive members also expressed a warm welcome to the new Tibetan ITFA Executive members.
