INTRODUCTION:
From 5th Feb 2023 to 4th March 2024, Site report and conducted a site assessment of a 2-story building located at the old age home in Chauntra. During these months site supervision with the old age home. At site labour are working seven days a week from 8:00am to 6:00pm.

SITE CONDITIONS:
Our findings from site supervision are described below. Site photo on 01st feb,2024 (fig.1) and site photo on 04th March,2024 (fig.2). For curing the plaster water is the most important element.

Plumbing:
They have finished plumbing the layout and the accessory fitting. (Fig.3).

Flooring:
They finished the ground and first floor. (Fig.4)

Plaster:
They finished plastering and paint are done.

Roof:
Construction finished.

Wiring:
They have finished the waring and fixing the control board. (Fig.5).

Door and Window:
They finished the installation of the doors. UPVC windows are installed and only a one windows are remaining to install. (Fig.6)

Open air theater:
The construction of the OAT is done but finished. (Fig.7).

Gas storage:
The construction of the gas storage is done.

Woodwork:
Wood works are still in progress. (Fig.8)

Site Development:
They have finished constructing retaining walls around road and water drainages system. We start cleaning the site and ready for planting as per Mr. Palden Dhondup (DoH Secretaries). (Fig.9)

Site Activities:
TV Electrical consultant on 19th Feb 2024 (Fig.10).

LIMITATION OF INVESTIGATION:
This report was prepared with information gathered from inspections during construction. As-built drawings and original construction blueprints were made available to us. Construction blueprint, materials, structural analysis of the building were used for this report.
