On October 16, 2023, the roofing replacement project of Village L, Rabgyeling Tibetan Settlement was successfully completed. The roofing was newly constructed with metal sheet supported by iron pillars and truss.  The community hall measures 2080 sq. ft.

The full fund was received from CTRC and this project has permanently solved the long-time problem faced by the villagers through water leakage during monsoon season and harmful Asbestos roof sheet.

This project benefited the villager to hold meetings, prayers, children self-studies and various Tibetan festival celebration.
