PROJECT DESCRIPTION & PROGRESS:
The total budget for the project, amounting to INR 84, 12,500, encompasses the construction of both the Settlement Office and a new guest house atop it. The dire need for this project stemmed from the deteriorating condition of the Tezu Office building, which had never undergone proper renovation since its initial construction. Additionally, the existing guest house was in such poor condition that guests were unable to sleep comfortably.
To address these pressing issues, the project agreement was signed on 24th May 2023, with expectations set for efficient completion by 30th September 2024. Once completed, the new settlement Office and Guest House will not only provide much-needed infrastructure improvements but also ensure a more comfortable and functional environment for both administrative purposes and guest accommodations in Tezu.
