 PART B: Project Detail Implementation:
Under this office, we have one Guest House, which was built in year 2000 with an aim to accommodate the official visitors with a good place to stay. It has been almost 23 years since its inception and currently the doors and windows are mostly infested with dead borers and bugs which poses a threat of collapse of the building.

The doors and windows are infested, decayed and crumbling, which makes the guest house ambience dull and in poor condition. Moreover, the pipelines in bathroom are rusted which results in leaky, moldy and loose wall titles which further damages the room.

Therefore, we needed urgent renovation of windows and doors, replacement of old toilet sink and entire pipeline of the bathroom. So as to provide a reliable, relaxing and comfortable stay to the guests and to make them feel at home.

Hence, this office approached GAT to fund the renovation project and the organization responded positively to the same.

After receiving approval for the project from Department of home, the settlement office called for contractors to submit their quotations, and the construction work was passed to two contractors in different fields, with lowest amount.

A legal agreement was signed between the contractor and Central Tibetan Relief Committee represented by the Settlement Officer, TSO Herbertpur. The project was carried under the supervision of the Settlement officer with accordance to the agreement earlier signed.

PART C: Project Result:
With the completion of this project, we are hopeful that we could provide a homely experience to our Dignitaries and other official guests. Therefore, this office would like to thank GAT for funding this project and Department of Home for your assistance in making this possible. The maintenance of the Guest room and its equipment will be handled with best of care and under the responsibly of settlement office.
