PROJECT DESCRIPTION & PROGRESS:

The foundation of the bridge at camp 4 was so weak that even bikes encountered difficulties crossing, compounded by soil erosion during prolonged monsoon seasons and rising water levels, rendering it impassable for humans as well. Consequently, the construction project for the camp 4 footpath bridge was approved in the budget proposal for the 2023-24 financial year. Commencing on September 14th, 2023, the project was successfully completed on November 13th, 2024, under the supervision of Miao TSO, who conducted regular site visits alongside the camp leader. The contract for this vital project was awarded to Mr. Suleman Sekh.
