1. Preparation:

• Order for the implementation of the project was received through letter no. Pro/2023-24/342 of Department home CTA.
• Tender notice issued on 0-04-2023
• Call letter issue to contractor Mr. Chamel Singh Dhiman as per quotation provided by him for the project.
• On April 24, 2023, a project agreement was signed with a lump sum payment base of Rs. 39, 43,238.00 in accordance with the work sheet that had been supplied and the quotation.
• As per the agreement 1^st payment Rs. 10 Lakh wired in contractor from SARD on 3^rd May 23, after completion of first phase of project.
• As per the agreement 2^nd payment Rs. 10 Lakh wired in contractor from SARD on 30^th June 23, after completion of II nd phase of project.
• As per the agreement 3^rd payment Rs. 7 Lakh wired in contractor from SARD on 25^th September 23, after completion of III rd phase of project.

2. Project Time line:

• 1^st April 2023 to 31st March 2024

3. Project status:

• Installment of profile tin sheet upon office building is completed.
• Electrification inside the office building is completed.
• White plaster and smoothing work for Paint completed.
• Installation of windows and doors completed.
• Contractor’s 4^th payment requisition letter submitted along with this report.

4. On track

• As of now project work is going as per our expectation.
• All the work is going as per our timeline.
• The contractor is cooperative and listens to our demands and suggestions while implementing the work.

5. Risk:

• Till now we were able to implement the project smoothly without any unforeseen risk or obstacles.
• Right now, we don’t see any problems or obstacles.

6. Conclusion:

• The new Office will be completed by the end of the month.
• Planning to inaugurate the new office on 10^th December 2023
