The construction of a new residential staff quarter has commenced on 1st December 2023, marking a significant milestone in our ongoing development initiatives. To inaugurate this endeavour, we have enlisted the presence of two esteemed monks from Nechung Monastery, adding a spiritual and auspicious touch to the project.
Prior to the construction kick-off, a comprehensive site survey was diligently conducted by a professional surveyor. This involved meticulous measurements and markings to determine the optimal build-up area, ensuring a well-planned and efficient layout for the residential quarters. The site survey played a crucial role in establishing the groundwork for the construction process, considering factors such as topography and infrastructure requirements.
In the esteemed presence of our distinguished guests, the inauguration event for the new residential staff quarter took on added significance with the attendance of key officials. The Home Secretary, along with both Additional Secretaries, the Head of the Housing Estate Section, the Architect, Contractor has graced the occasion with their esteemed presence.
