The Youth Empowerment Section (YES) in collaboration with Tibetan Career Center (TCC) of the Home Department today organized a workshop on “Time management, communication and adaptability” for all the staff above Under Secretary at the Home Department, CTA. The resource person Mrs. Jigme Lhamo, head consultant, Tibetan Career center gave a brief introduction on the objective and significance of the workshop. It was then carried forward by her colleague, Mr. Jamphel Sonam, consultant cum placement officer at TCC. The main objective behind the workshop was to enhance the staff’s skill in order to increase work efficiency and productivity.
