The construction of the shopping complex near the stupa at J-village was successfully completed on October 25, 2023. The shopping complex features modern construction, with an RCC (Reinforced Concrete Cement) roofing structure. The complex comprises 6 shops, each with a size of 14′ x 15′, one restaurant measuring 30′ x 15′, and one coffee shop spanning 25′ x 15′.

The primary objective of this project is to promote self-sustainability for the Settlement Office while contributing to the livelihood and sustainable economic development of the settlement. It also aims to cater to the needs of both settlers and tourists visiting the shopping center, thus serving as a valuable community and economic resource.

The completion of this shopping complex is a significant step towards achieving these goals, and it is expected to have a positive impact on the local community and enhance the overall economic well-being of the settlement. This development is indeed a noteworthy achievement for the residents.
