• Introduction

The Project work has been awarded to Mr. Shatrudhan Das, Contractor residing at Sataun, Tehsil Paonta Sahib District Sirmour, and Himachal Pradesh on 4^th April 2022 for undertaking Construction of Staff Quarter Roof Tin Sheet Project. The Contractor undertakes to carry out construction of Staff Quarter Roof Tin Sheet work as described and specified in the Mutual Agreement dated 2th May 2024 and shall complete the entire job on or before 31^st July 2024 at the rate approved by the Owner i.e. Rs. 2, 60,526/- (Two Lakh Sixty Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-Six Only) abiding to the terms and conditions

Conclusion:

We the CTA staffs and future staffs of Kamrao Tibetan Settlement Office are really grateful for extending financial support for Construction of Staff Quarter Roof Tin Sheet at Gapa Tibetan Settlement Tillordhar, Kamrao.

As this Settlement is located in isolated, remote and hilly area during monsoon season this place is covered with fog for almost 2 months which effects the building structure due to high humidity. So this project really tackle moisture and raining problems which indirectly benefiting the long lasting of building structure in future.

The Tibetan Settlement Office would like to extend gratitude and heartfelt thanks to TAWS, Dharamshala for extending financial assistance for the Project. We look forward to working with you with new Projects in future.
