INTRODUCTION:
From 1st Sep to 4th Oct 2023, Site report and conducted a site assessment of a 2-story building located at the old age home in Chauntra. During these months site supervision with the old age home. At site labour are working seven days a week from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
SITE CONDITIONS:
Our findings from site supervision are described below. Site photo on 01st Sep,2023 (fig.1) and site photo on 04th Oct,2023 (fig.2). For curing the plaster water is the most important element. To have better results as we request, they appoint a person on duty to water all the building from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
Plumbing:
They have finished plumbing the layout in the bathroom. They have finished laying the pipeline and roof down pipe.
Flooring:
They finished the ground and first floor bathroom wall and floor tiles. Room which has synthetic wooden floor will be layered after paint work is done. (Fig.3).
Plaster:
They finished plastering the Ground and First floor.
Roof:
They finished making the roof slope as per Architect instructed. (Fig.4)
Metal Roof:
They finished all roof and layout for false celling (Silicate Calcium Board).
Rainwater Harvesting Tank:
They finished construction of tank and (4th Sep,2023) start laying CC flooring.
Storeroom:
They have finished constructing the storeroom and finished plastering. Putty will start soon. (Fig.5)
Wiring:
They have finished the main waring layout on the first floor. They are starting laying wire on the ground floor. (Fig.6)
Site Development:
They have started constructing retaining walls around road and water drainages system. (Fig.7)
Changes location:
They have changed the location of the sink as per instruction. (Fig.8)
Site Activities:
Site visit from CTA on 29th Sep 2023. (Fig.9).
LIMITATION OF INVESTIGATION:
This report was prepared with information gathered from inspections during construction. As-built drawings and original construction blueprints were made available to us. Construction blueprint, materials, structural analysis of the building were used for this report.
