INTRODUCTION:

From 1th July to 4th Aug 2023, Site report and conducted a site assessment of a 2-story building located at the old age home in Chauntra. During these months site supervision with the old age home. At site labour are working seven days a week from 8:00am to 6:00pm.

SITE CONDITIONS:

Our findings from site supervision are described below. Site photo on July 01,2023 (fig.1) and site photo on Aug 04,2023 (fig.2). For curing the plaster water is the most important element. To have batter result as we request Mr. Mishra ji appoint a person on duty to water all building 8:00am to 6:00pm.

Plumbing:

They have finished plumbing the layout in the bathroom. They start laying gray and wastewater pipelines. Along with the chambers (Fig.3)

Flooring:

They finished the ground and first floor bathroom wall and floor tiles (Fig.4). On 28th July,2023 they start ground floor verandah tiles and nurse room floor.

Plaster:

On 28th of July,2023, they finished plastering the first floor. they are continuing the external walls with chosen texture plaster (fig.5). They provide chajja with drip mold and finished chajja with Tibetan design (Fig.6).

Metal Roof:

They finished all roof and layout for false celling (Silicate Calcium Board) except puja room(fig.7). Rainwater Harvesting Tank:

Excavation of tank start on 20th July 2023 and they constructed RCC wall 25thJuly,2023 (fig.8).

Storeroom:

On 21st July 2023 they start excavation of storeroom. 25th July 2023 start laying foundation, on 31st July 2023 they finished substructure. (Fig.9)

Site Activities:

Site visit from Architect office Mr. Dogra ji on 26th July 2023. (Fig.10).

LIMITATION OF INVESTIGATION:

This report was prepared with information gathered from inspections during construction. As-built drawings and original construction blueprints were made available to us. Construction blueprint, materials, structural analysis of the building were used for this report.
