INTRODUCTION:
From 1th Nov to 4th Dec 2023, Site report and conducted a site assessment of a 2-story building located at the old age home in Chauntra. During these months site supervision with the old age home. At site labour are working seven days a week from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
SITE CONDITIONS:
Our findings from site supervision are described below. Site photo on 01st Nov, 2023 (fig.1) and site photo on 04th Dec, 2023 (fig.2). For curing the plaster water is the most important element.
Plumbing:
They have finished plumbing the layout and the accessory fitting. They join the pipelines with water tank and each unit has good amount of water pressure (Fig.3).
Flooring:
They finished the ground and first floor bathroom wall and floor tiles. Room which has synthetic wooden floor will be layered after paint work is done.
Plaster:
They finished plastering only the final paint will be done after the window is fixed.
Roof:
They finished the instructions and remaining only joining of gutter to the downpipe.
Rainwater Harvesting Tank:
They finished construction of rainwater harvesting tank and pipeline are joined.
Storeroom:
They have finished constructing the storeroom and painting will start soon.
Wiring:
They have finished the waring layout at first and ground floor (Fig.4).
Door and Window:
They finished the installation of door and Jali at first and ground floor. They have started painting the door. Only the windows are remaining to install. (Fig.5)
Site Development:
They have finished constructing retaining walls around road and water drainages system. Open-air theater (Fig.6).
Festival Activities:
Site is closed from 9th Nov,2023 To 15th Nov,2023 (Diwali). Site is closed from 22nd Nov,2023 to 23rd Nov,2023.
Site Activities:
Site visit from Architect and Electrical consultant on 02nd Dec,2023 (Fig.7).

LIMITATION OF INVESTIGATION:
This report was prepared with information gathered from inspections during construction. As-built drawings and original construction blueprints were made available to us. Construction blueprint, materials, structural analysis of the building were used for this report.
