Three Tibetans begin Manali-Delhi peace rally against China

Manali, Himachal Pradesh: Three Tibetans from Manali, Mr Tsering Wangdu age 43, Tsering Dhondup 47, and Chungdak 65 set out on Manali- Delhi peace march to raise awareness for Tibet.

The trio set out on a 530 kilometers journey on 23 September. They noted that they voluntarily initiated the peace march to gather global support against China in addition to three key demands: To urge CCP to allow His Holiness the Dalai Lama to return to Tibet; to begin a peaceful dialogue with CCP based on the Middle Way Approach; Immediate and unconditional release of Tibet’s 11th Panchen Lama.

On reaching Delhi, the peace marchers gathered outside the Chinese Embassy on 23rd October and raised the above demands.

All the expenses and funding for the month-long peaceful demonstration are entirely borne by them.
