May 30 2023, Mundgod: Secretary Palden Dhondup of the Department of Home, CTA, begins his 12 days Southern Settlements tour beginning with Mundgod today, followed by a visit to Hunsur, Bylakuppe, Kollegal and Bangalore.

During his visit to the Southern settlements, he will be primarily visiting the project sites, old People’s homes, meeting with the members of Tibetan cooperative Societies, assessment of farm lands for the upcoming rehabilitation program and attending public meetings.

He is accompanied by South Zone Chief Representative Officer Jigme Tsultrim, Joint Secretary Tenzin Kunsang and architect Amardeep and is scheduled to return to Dharamsala on 12 June 2023.
