Department of Home welcomed the GAT delegation headed by Mrs. Heidi Meyer to its office on 16th May, 2022. During their visit, Mrs. Tsewang Dolma Shosur, the Executive Secretary took the team on a brief tour within the various sections of the departments to introduce the staff to the delegation. A short meeting of the GAT delegation with the section heads of the department was organized where the executive secretary gave a general introduction of the organizational structure of the department and briefed them on the various activities carried out by the various sections through the settlement offices.

Taking this opportunity, the Secretary thanked the GAT delegation for their continued assistance in the overall welfare of the exiled Tibetan community in need and particularly for contributing greatly in relieving the unnecessary distress caused during the spread of the pandemic.
