In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic lock-down, the Tibetan Settlement Offices continue to distribute food security to the distressed people within their settlement under the direction of Dept of Home.
The Tibetan Settlement Office of Mandi has distributed dry ration worth Rs.7, 790 to 7 distressed families falling under their jurisdiction. Dry ration includes rice, white flour, pulses and Salt funded by the Dept of home with the hope to mitigate the problems faced by these people due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Tibetan Settlement Office of Pokhara Tashipalkyel has distributed dry ration worth Rs.5, 400 to 1 distressed family in their Settlement. Dry ration includes rice, white flour, pulses, Butter and Egg funded by the Dept of home.
