Amidst the pandemic, due to the continuous increase in the number of COVID-19 cases in India, the Tibetans are on the verge of facing serious distress both mentally and financially during this unprecedented period. With the unwavering support from our sponsors, Department of Home has successfully released the 2nd relief sponsorship fund to Tibetan destitute elders and students in 39 Tibetan Settlements in India, Nepal and Bhutan. This fund covers the period between three to six months. This would be a major relief to the beneficiaries in this difficult time. The details of the stipend distribution are as under:
