The Department of Home announces the extension of the application deadline for the commercial lease contract of ORTC Bylakuppe hotel and restaurant.

The deadline for the application submission is now extended till 30 June 2020 given the recent outbreak of the pandemic and the subsequent imposition of the nationwide lock-down.

The Guest House is designed in Vernacular architecture using local material. All rooms are surrounded by a central courtyard having natural light through skylights in the roof. There are a total of 19 rooms, out of which 17 rooms are double bed having a carpet area of 225 Sq ft. attached with toilet. 2 Rooms are suites having a Living room, Kitchenette, Bedroom attach with toilet having a carpet area of 370 Sq ft.

All rooms have amenities like king size bed, Luggage rack, LCD, study table, chair, dressing, and attached balcony with outdoor sitting table chair. All rooms have attached toilets with western W.C, washbasin, and shower area.

The guest house has an indoor restaurant attach with the modern kitchen having a sitting capacity of 24 persons. Also, there is a sitting capacity of 20 persons in the courtyard area (outdoor). Apart from that, there is Arrival porch (covered), parking for 15 cars, front reception lobby, and beautiful landscape area in front.
