Total Project Cost: 6,300,000/- Including The Tibet fund, beneficiary contribution, and oversea donation.

The project focused on the complete construction and paving of the internal roads within Village 8. Activities included land clearing, leveling, drainage installation, and final surfacing to create an all-weather road.

BEFORE

The community now enjoys a clean, mud-free environment. The project has eliminated the seasonal isolation caused by unpassable roads during the rainy season

Elderly residents have expressed great relief, many who previously stayed indoors during the rainy months for fear of slipping can now safely enjoy morning and evening walks on the smooth pavement. Improved emergency vehicle access (ambulances) and easier daily commutes for sch The community expressed sincere gratitude for making this essential infrastructure project possible.

The project was a collaborative effort between the CTA home department , local community leadership and The Tibet Fund (TTF), which provided critical financial support of RS 8,70,000/-
