Dharamsala, 28 August 2026: The Central Tibetan Relief Committee (CTRC) held its 17th Annual General Body Meeting at the Staff Mess Hall, GangchenKyishong, Dharamsala, on 28 August 2026 at 1:30 p.m. The meeting was chaired by the chairman, CTRC 

The meeting was attended by members of the Governing Body and the General Body.

The members reviewed the minutes and the Action Taken Report of the previous meeting. They were also apprised of the budget for the financial year 2026–27 and reviewed the provisional Financial Statement for FY 2025–26.

Resolutions passed by circulation concerning the Governing Body, staff administration, and project-based appointments were also presented during the meeting.

The meeting concluded with consideration of other matters with the permission of the Chairperson, followed by a vote of thanks to the Chair.
