Courtesy Meeting with His Excellency Shri Kavender Gupta ji, Governor of Himachal Pradesh and Requested the Dharamshala Karmu Moor Road repair near His Holiness Temple and jogiwara

The Shimla-based Chief Representative Officer, Mr. Lhakpa Tsering, led a delegation from the Tibetan community in Shimla to meet the Hon’ble Governor of Himachal Pradesh, Shri Kavinder Gupta.

During the meeting, the Chief Representative Officer formally introduced all members of the Tibetan delegation to His Excellency.

As a mark of respect and gratitude, the Chief Representative Officer presented Ghoton Wall hanging, an indoor flowering plant Anthurium or Flamingo Flower along with a traditional white scarf (Khatak), and briefed His Excellency about the significance of “Ghoton – the Year of Compassion.” Subsequently, all members of the delegation presented bouquets and Khatak to the Hon’ble Governor.

During the interaction, the Chief Representative Officer also submitted the urgent need for repair and maintenance of the road at Karmu Moor, Jogiwara Road, near the temple of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama in Dharamshala.
