Additional Secretary Mrs. Tsering Youdon and dealing staff Ms. Ngawang Dolkar reached Hunsur Rabgyaling Settlement on 7th April at 11:30 a.m. Upon their arrival at the settlement, they were accorded a warm welcome by the heads of the settlement’s organizations.On that day , first they held a meeting with the settlement’s organisation and discussed about the problems and the future plan

Mrs. Tsering Youdon visited the Hunsur old age home and inspected the overall condition of the OPH. She then had a heartfelt conversation with the elders. There are a total of 13 elders and 4 staff members.

Then the officials inspected the settlement farm along with the Agricultural Extension Officer Mr. Dorjee Wangchuk and the ORTC Director, Mr. Tsewang.
They plant coconuts, Citrus fruits , avocado and many more .

officials inspected completed projects for the FY 2025–2026, including the construction of the community hall, village drainage construction ,internal roads, roofing , solar street light and others .

Mrs. Tsering Youdon met with the settlers and explained the benefits of the YES+ program. She encouraged parents to support their children, highlighting that there are many opportunities for youth to learn, grow, and explore their potential.

The official tour of Hunsur Rabgyaling concluded on July 8 after which the officials departed for the Bylakup Lugsum settlement.
