Activity Implemented:
The construction of Rinzin Phuntsok house was successfully completed on 19th February 2026. The implementation included the full structural assembly of the building, comprising masonry work, roofing, and essential interior installations. All construction activities were carried out in accordance with the approved quotation to ensure a durable, safe, and comfortable living space.
Planning and design:
The project commenced on 17th September 2025, following a comprehensive planning phase. During this stage, design layouts and technical specifications were finalised in coordination with the settlement officer, project officer. The planning process included the preparation of architectural structure and the approval of detailed material quotations to ensure structural integrity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Budget Estimation:
Prior to the commencement of construction, a thorough site inspection was conducted. Detailed quotations were collected from contractors to establish an accurate budget estimation. This financial planning ensured efficient allocation of resources.
Testing and commissioning:
The final phase involved a comprehensive inspection of the completed house to verify structural safety and functional readiness. The project officer, together with the head contractor and settlement officer, conducted a final walkthrough of the site. All aspects of the construction were carefully reviewed to ensure compliance with quality standards, and the house was subsequently approved and officially cleared for occupancy.
