Shimla based Chief Representative Officer Mr. Lhakpa Tsering, paid a courtesy visit on January 16, 2026, at the Himachal Pradesh Secretariat to Dr. Abhishek Jain, Finance Secretary H.P; Shri Kamlesh Kumar Pant, Revenue Additional Chief Secretary; Shri Harish Gajju, Secretary to the Hon’ble Chief Minister; Shri Balwant Chand, Revenue Additional Secretary; and Shri Anil Chauhan, Revenue Additional Secretary.

During the meeting, Mr. Tsering conveyed New Year wishes and presented mementos of a Lord Buddha Thangka along with the Voice for the Voiceless book. He expressed his sincere gratitude for their generous support and requested their continued support in the future.
