The project was successfully finished on March 8, 2024. The boundary wall, made of 6″ thickness cement bricks, spans 595 feet in length, with an additional 595 feet of GI quality chain boundary. Entrance gates measuring 12’x6′ and 10’x6′ were installed at the main entrance and parking entry, respectively. The boundary wall was painted according to the provided quotation.
Additional work included the construction of four concrete pillars, using 6″ thickness cement bricks, extending 74 feet to connect with the existing boundary project. The total height of the boundary wall stands at 6 feet from ground level. Due to the area’s slope toward the boundary from the shopping complex building, three window grills, each measuring 2 feet, were installed to redirect rainwater away from the wall for safety purposes.
This project is funded by TAWS, the Central Tibetan Administration, through the CTRC – Department of Home.
