B: Project Detail Implementation 

 The Lakhanwala Tibetan Community Hall whitewash Project was undertaken to ensure the proper maintenance of the community hall used for official public gatherings, meetings, and cultural events. Over time, the hall suffered from wear and tear, leading to deterioration of the walls and ceilings, which further damaged the building itself. 

 The project was executed smoothly in the following steps: 

1 Assessment & Planning: 

An initial site inspection was conducted by the Tibetan Settlement Office Herbertpur to assess the required whitewashing work. 

2 Procurement of Materials: 

Necessary materials, including quality whitewash, brushes, rollers, ladders, and safety equipment, were procured according to the approved budget. 

  1. Execution:

As per clauses in the agreement, the whitewashing work was started on 23rd June and included interior and exterior walls of the community hall. All stains, dust, and old paint residues were cleaned before applying double coats of whitewash for a smooth finish. And Local skilled workers were hired to carry out the whitewash, 

  1. Supervision & Quality Control:

Regular supervision was conducted by the project supervisor and Tibetan Settlement Office to maintain quality and ensure timely completion. Feedback from the project supervisor was also incorporated during the process. 

  1. Completion: 

The Project of Lakhanwala Tibetan Community Hall whitewash was successfully completed on time as dated 11th July 2025.  

Part C: Project Result 

The Community Hall whitewash project has significantly improved the overall appearance, hygiene, and usability. The newly whitewashed space now provides a clean, bright, and welcoming environment for community events, religious gatherings, and cultural programs etc. 

Key Outcomes: 

  • Restoration of the community hall to a clean and presentable condition.
  • Enhanced community satisfaction and increased utility of the hall for multiple purposes.
  • Contribution to the preservation of community infrastructure through regular maintenance.
