The hand over and take over ceremony between the outgoing  settlement officer Tenzin Lekshey and newly appointed settlement officer Kalsang Tseten were held on 19^th and 20^th Feb,2025 at the Kunphenling Tibetan Settlement Office, Ravangla.

Dhondup Sangpo , TSO Gangtok was the official witness representing the department of home, overseeing the handing and taking over ceremony between outgoing and newly appointed settlement Officers.

During second day of hand taking , the outgoing settlement officers made a arrangement to meet the local officials .(SDM and Chief Commanding Officer of 6 Vikas battalion ).
