On November 3, 2026, coinciding with the upcoming Indian festival of lights (Deepawali), Local Tibetan Settlement Officer Tenzin Tsangpa and Secretary Migmar Choedon paid a courtesy call to extend holiday greetings to Shri Sandip Patil, Inspector General of Police (IG), Nagpur; Shri Yogesh Kumar, Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG), Nagpur; and Smt. Vijayalakshmi Bidari, Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur. During the meeting, the Settlement Officer also appealed to them for their continued support and assistance for the Bhandara settlement.
