Project Description & Progress:
The Tibetan Career Centre (TCC) successfully conducted the third batch of the Bakery Training Program, which concluded on 31 July 2026 with 11 trainees completing the two-month course. Under the guidance of Trainer Tenzin Ngawang, participants received both theoretical and practical training in basic bakery production, kitchen hygiene, food safety, and professional baking practices.
Completion:
The program was successfully completed with all 11 trainees graduating from the course. Participants gained practical baking skills and industry knowledge, preparing them for entry-level employment or self-employment in the baking sector.
