Project Description & Progress:

The renovation was undertaken to improve the structural condition, safety, and appearance of the community hall, ensuring it remains a functional and welcoming space for residents and community activities.

The project involved a comprehensive assessment of repair requirements, restoration of damaged wall surfaces, preparation of interior and exterior areas for painting, application of high-quality paint, damp-proofing of affected sections, and waterproofing treatments to prevent moisture seepage. These works were carried out to enhance the building’s durability and protect it from future deterioration.

With the successful completion of the project, Potala Community Hall now offers improved structural integrity, enhanced aesthetics, and better protection against moisture-related damage. The renovation has created a cleaner, safer, and more comfortable environment for community gatherings while reinforcing the importance of timely maintenance and quality construction practices to preserve public infrastructure.
