The Shimla-based Chief Representative Officer, Mr. Lhakpa Tsering, paid a courtesy visit to Shri Kamlesh Kumar Pant, Chief Secretary of Himachal Pradesh, on 5 June 2026.

1.⁠ ⁠During the meeting, Mr. Tsering congratulated Shri K.K. Pant on his appointment as Chief Secretary and presented him with a Lord Buddha Thangka as tokens of respect and goodwill.
2.⁠ ⁠Mr. Tsering apprised the Chief Secretary, both verbally and in writing, of the infrastructure requirements and road repair needs in and around the Dobhi Tibetan Settlement. In response, the Chief Secretary assured his continued support and stated that appropriate assistance will be extended through DC Kullu.
3.⁠ ⁠Mr. Tsering also expressed his sincere gratitude to Shri K.K. Pant, Chief Secretary for the support and assistance rendered during the Land issues.
