Shimla-based Chief Representative Officer, Mr. Lhakpa Tsering, paid a courtesy visit to Additional Chief Secretary, Food and Civil Supplies, Mr. R.D. Nazeem, at his office in the Secretariat, Shimla.

During the meeting, Mr. Tsering presented a Himachal Pradesh topi along with a traditional Tibetan khatak (white scarf) as a gesture of respect. He also gifted a copy of Voice for the Voiceless, the latest book by His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama.

Mr. Tsering requested the continued provision of gas cylinder facilities across 12 Tibetan settlements and approximately 50 monasteries in Himachal Pradesh, emphasizing the need to ensure uninterrupted, timely, and adequate access to gas cylinders for these communities.
