Official Visit: Settlement Officer Tenzin Tsangpa Greets Dr. Mangesh Gondavale

On Wednesday, April 8, 2026, Tenzin Tsangpa, the Settlement Officer of Bhandara, met with the newly appointed District Collector of Gondia, Dr. Mangesh Gondavale, to offer his congratulations and greetings.

During the meeting, the Settlement Officer raised several issues regarding the difficulties faced by the settlement. As a gesture of respect and a symbolic gift, he presented the District Collector with:

  • A thangka (scroll painting) of the Buddha.

  • A copy of the book Tibet and the Tibetan People’s Spokesman, authored by His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
