On the evening of April 4, 2026, the Bandara Settlement Officer’s office extended an invitation to the Deputy Collector, Smt. Jyoti Kamble, SDM (Arjuni Morgaon), as the Chief Guest for a day-long Tibetan Opera (Lhamo) performance organized by the Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts (TIPA). The Deputy Collector graciously attended the ceremony.

In her address, she expressed her gratitude for the warm welcome and grand reception. She further assured that she would provide support, both directly and indirectly, to address any difficulties faced by the settlement.

The Settlement Officer, Tenzin Tsangpa, thanked her for her presence and support. Additionally, the Director of the Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts presented her with a commemorative souvenir.
