The Shimla-based Chief Representative Officer, Mr. Lhakpa Tsering, called on the Speaker of the Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha, Kuldeep Singh Pathania, and the Secretary of the Vidhan Sabha, Yashpal Sharma at HP Vidhan Sabha Speaker Chamber, Shimla to seek permission to distribute the book Voice for the Voiceless, authored by His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, among all Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs).
During the meeting, Mr. Tsering also presented a traditional Lord Buddha thangka, along with a copy of Voice for the Voiceless, the latest publication by His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, as a gesture of respect and goodwill. In the end speaker invited Tibetan Representatives to join the last day of Vidhan Sabha as observer from VIP Gallery.
