Tibetan Settlement Delegation Meets with MP Raj Kumar Badole to Discuss Local Infrastructure

On Saturday, March 28, 2026, a delegation led by Settlement Officer Tenzin Tsangpa, alongside Local Assembly Vice-Chair Lobsang Dhondup, Bhandara Tibetan Cooperative Secretary Tsering Wangchuk, and Local Assembly member Choe Gyaltsen, met with the local Indian Member of Parliament, Shri Raj Kumar Badole, on the occasion of his birthday to offer their greetings.

During the meeting, the Settlement Officer requested the Member of Parliament’s assistance and support regarding settlement land issues and the renovation of the main road connecting the two settlement camps. In response, the Member of Parliament kindly pledged his continued support for these initiatives.

As a token of appreciation and gratitude, the delegation presented him with a thangka (scroll painting) of Lord Buddha.
