PROJECT DESCRIPTION & PROGRESS:<\/b><\/div>\n
The total budget for the project, amounting to INR 84, 12,500, encompasses the construction of both the Settlement Office and a new guest house atop it. The dire need for this project stemmed from the deteriorating condition of the Tezu Office building, which had never undergone proper renovation since its initial construction. Additionally, the existing guest house was in such poor condition that guests were unable to sleep comfortably.<\/div>\n
To address these pressing issues, the project agreement was signed in 24th May, 2023, with successful completion achieved on 30th October, 2024. The newly constructed settlement Office and Guest House offer essential infrastructure improvements, delivering more comfortable and functional environment for both administrative operations and guest accommodations in Tezu.<\/div>\n
