During that time, the settlement officer presented His Holiness the Dalai Lama&#8217;s book &#8220;Voice for the Voiceless&#8221; as a gift.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">This morning at 11:00 AM, the settlement officer met with local Mr. Tehsil Aniruddha Kamble.
