\"\"From 19th to 20th May 2025, Joint Secretary Mrs. Tenzin Kunsang, representing the Department of Home of the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA), oversaw the handover ceremony between the outgoing Tibetan Settlement Officer (TSO) of Bandhara Norgyaling, Mr. Lodoe Sangpo, and the incoming TSO, Mr. Tenzin Tsangpa.<\/p>\n

On the afternoon of 19th May, all official documents and properties under the TSO\u2019s jurisdiction were duly transferred, followed by detailed briefings on ongoing projects.<\/p>\n

The formal chair handover ceremony took place on 20th May at 10:00 AM in the presence of local dignitaries. At 10:30 AM, a public gathering was held, during which the outgoing TSO reflected on his accomplishments during his tenure. The new TSO, Mr. Tenzin Tsangpa, delivered an introductory address and greetings, and Joint Secretary Mrs. Tenzin Kunsang shared her observations and remarks on the occasion.<\/p>\n

In the afternoon, The team visited local Indian officers SHO, Mr. Vanari, Forest Deparement Officer, Mr. Neelam & SDM, Mr.Varun kumar to express their heartfelt gratitude for the support extended to the outgoing TSO, Mr. Lodoe Sangpo, during his tenure, and to request the same kindness and support to the incoming TSO, Mr. Tenzin Tsangpa, for his upcoming term. The officers warmly received the team and graciously accepted to continue their support.<\/p>\n

The seamless transition between the outgoing and incoming TSOs reflects the CTA\u2019s commitment to effective governance and continuity in serving the Bandhara Norgyaling community. We extend our gratitude to Mr. Lodoe Sangpo for his dedicated service and warmly welcome Mr. Tenzin Tsangpa in his new role.<\/p>\n
