On February 17, Secretary Palden Dhondup and Additional Secretary Tsering Youdon received a warm welcome from the Settlement Officers, staff, the Local Justice Commissioner, the Vice Chairman of the Local Tibetan Assembly, the ORTC Director and staffs, Tibetan Settlement Office staff, and other dignitaries.<\/div>\n
On the second day of their visit, the Home Secretary and Additional Secretary inspected the BBC plotting sites in Lugsam and Delar, the newly laid concrete road, and the Organic Research and Training Centre’s site. They were accompanied by Tibetan Settlement Officers (TSOs) and relevant staff members.<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
