\"\"The Project of \u201cRenovation of Tibetan Settlement Office\u2019s Quarter and Railing of Office and Quarter and Garage.\u2019\u2019 of Kunphenling Tibetan Settlement, Ravangla was initiated on 222h October 2024 and is completed.<\/p>\n

This project was sponsored by German Aid to Tibet (GAT) through Department of Home, CTA and cost of the project is sum of 8,42,929. The Kunphenling Tibetan settlement office and residents of the Kunphenling Tibetan Settlement Office are grateful to the sponsors and forever in debt to organization.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Prior state of the Tibetan Settlement Office\u2019s quarter was not suitable to dwell as color of the room was faded, furniture\u2019s were old and damaged, windows were broken, electrical wire was old, Toilet condition was bad and electrical wire has risk of causing fire, wall and ceiling were crumbling, dampness. There was lack of basic needs as stove, gas cylinder and utensils and geyser. Therefore, this project facilitates new furniture, suitable toilets with tiles, gyser for kitchen and toilet, new electrical wire and coloring of quarters from inside and outside and overall renovation of the quarter.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 On the other hand, there was no metal roof in the office\u2019s stairs and residents find it difficult to approach office and slips during rainy season. Therefore, installation of the metal roof and tiles on the office \u2018stairs prove to be beneficial to the resident of Kunpheling Tibetan settlement and preservation of the office property from dampness and ruins.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Railing was also installed in the Tibetan settlement Officer\u2019s Quarter and staff quarter where office assistant and nurse reside. It proves to be beneficial to them and<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Installation of the metal roof for new Garage was also helpful to park office car, scotty and ambulance of the Kunphenling Tibetan settlement office, Ravangla.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Further, office guest house\u2019s kitchen utensils shelve was made to contains and preserve cups and utensils of the office and guest house from dampness and moisture.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 New HP laptop was also purchases as old was not functioning well.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Furthermore, window of the office\u2019s guest house and clinic was repairs with PVC windows.<\/p>\n

Kunphenling Tibetan settlement office, want to convey that project was successfully completed and thankful to Germain Aid to Tibet for sponsoring this project.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
