Part A: PROJECT BASIC DATA<\/u><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Part B: Project Detail Implementation:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Tibetan Settlement Office established more than ten years ago during that time roof truss is not in plan. Whole building consists of Tibetan Settlement Office and Kitchen, Guest House and Staff Quarter. \u202fAs Kalimpong is situated in a hilly station during harsh monsoon, the building was starting to deteriorate and leaking water. Therefore, the roof truss project budget approved for the financial year 2024-25.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    On 25<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span>\u202fJuly, 2024 committee members were gathered and discussed the Roof Truss Project. Committee members decided to give a lump sum contract base.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    So, as per quotation and tender bid committee unanimously selected contractor Mr. Tshering Dhonden total budget is Rs.6,10,697\/-\u202f<\/span>to\u202fcarry out\u202fthe\u202froof truss project work of \u202fTibetan\u202fSettlement Office Kalimpong.\u202fA legal agreement was signed\u202f<\/span>on 12<\/span>th\u202f<\/sup><\/span>August, 2024\u202f<\/span>between the contractor and\u202fthe Settlement officer\u202fon behalf of TAWS.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Now the roof truss and drainage system project successfully completed before the 12<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span> November, 2024 as per agreement.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
