During large gatherings, many individuals were forced to remain outside due to the hall\u2019s limited capacity. Additionally, the deteriorating condition of the current hall, coupled with constraints on expansion due to limited available space, underscored the necessity for a new, larger, and more spacious facility for the community.<\/p>\n<p>With a total budget of INR 14,920,681 approved for the construction, a tender call was initiated, ultimately awarding the contract to Choepheling Tibetan Service Co-operative Society ltd (CTSCS). The contract was officially signed on 21st August 2023, with expectations set for completion by 20th November 2024.
