The dire need for this project stemmed from the deteriorating condition of the Tezu Office building, which had never undergone proper renovation since its initial construction. Additionally, the existing guest house was in such poor condition that guests were unable to sleep comfortably.<\/p>\n<p>To address these pressing issues, the project agreement was signed on 24th May 2023, with expectations set for efficient completion by 30th September 2024.
