The Interlocking Path Project was approved in the budget 2025-26 (FY). It aims to enhance connectivity and accessibility to public and staff from the Local Tibetan Assembly (LTA) office to nearby staff quarters. The project involves installing interlocking concrete pavers along a designated path, promoting a safe and durable route for Dalhousie Community people. This initiative improves the overall infrastructure, reduces maintenance costs, and enhances the aesthetic appeal of the area. The project is expected to benefit Dalhousie Tibetan community people by providing a convenient and comfortable passage, fostering a positive environment. The Interlocking Path Project involves several key activities. Excavation of earthwork clears the designated path area. Stone soiling provides a stable base, followed by sand filling and compaction for a smooth surface. Interlocking concrete pavers are then installed, creating a durable and attractive path. Finally, concrete borders are added, completing the project.
